Alleycat Creative worked closely with Techne Architects in sourcing the artist and project managing the install of a giant Kraken (an enormous mythical sea monster) within a soon to be opened new bar and restaurant, ‘The Nelson” (56 Acland Street, St Kilda, Melbourne).
The hand drawn Kraken stretches out across a 6m by 3m wall space and provides an elegant detailed hand made component to compliment the rustic textured exposed plaster surfaces.
The Kraken was created in April 2014.
The bar is to be opened soon.
